CAD/CAM
Global Precision Parts, Inc. utilizes computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) to minimize waste and improve production time. CAD/CAM technology allows us to create precision drawings/designs before the machining process begins. These designs will enable us to identify potential errors in the design before the actual machining process even begins. Then, our computer-guided machines will accurately and reliably produce parts from those designs. This system eliminates waste and reduces customer costs in the long run.

EDI
Global Precision Parts, Inc. is EDI capable of quick response time and convenience. We can send and receive EDI transactions. Our machines are integrated with EDI functionality to reduce potential data errors and decrease overall costs associated with data processing. With EDI capabilities, you can know your data is properly transmitted and received.
Assembly
At Global Precision Parts, Inc., we can assemble parts as our customers request. This value-added service lets customers rest assured that their parts will arrive correctly constructed and ready to go. Whether you’re looking for a basic assembly or total turnkey production of complex parts and devices, we have you covered.
Plating and other Metal Finishing
We have the resources to provide you with several different types of plating and metal finishing services to give you a complete part without outsourcing your project to several different shops.
Our plating services include:
- Zinc Plating
- Nickel Plating
- Electroless Nickel plating
- Passivation
We also can provide you with anodizing, chromate, powder coating, black oxide treatment, and electropolishing, just to name a few of our other metal finishing services.
Heat Treatment
Global also has the resources to provide you with heat treatments, such as induction–the process of placing a part inside a copper coil and heating it through a high-frequency alternating current and quenching it to harden selected parts of the component. Honing and Grinding
For smooth surface finishes and the highest precision, we maintain honing and grinding equipment. We offer ID Grinding or internal grinding for components with holes or inner diameters, and OD Grinding for shaping the exterior surface of the parts.
